Terms of Service & Operational Framework

1. Scope of Services
 

Concept Film & Tint (Creative Development Management LLC) provides high-end surface protection, including Automotive PPF, Ceramic Coating, and Solar Control Films (Residential/Commercial). By booking a consultation, you agree to our "Precision Engineering" standards.
 

2. Estimates & Customization
 

  • Validity: All digital quotes are valid for 30 days.

  • Assessment: Final pricing is subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle or property to ensure surface integrity.
     

  • Tailored Solutions: Every project is "Engineered for Assurance," meaning custom-cut materials are non-refundable once the installation begins.
     

3. Deposits & Cancellation Policy (Florida Standard)
 

To maintain our "Streamlined Process" and respect our specialists' time:

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: A deposit of [X]% is required to secure your slot in our schedule.
     

  • Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
     

4. Installation & Surface Conditions
 

  • The "Clean Surface" Clause: For automotive services, vehicles must arrive clean. Excessively dirty vehicles may incur a professional detailing fee to ensure "Industrial-grade" adhesion.
     

  • Pre-existing Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing paint defects, glass chips, or structural issues not disclosed during the "Initial Audit."
     

5. Warranty & "Forged in Trust" Guarantee
 

  • Manufacturer Warranty: We use only premium films (e.g., Nano Banana Technology) backed by manufacturer warranties against bubbling, peeling, or fading.
     

  • Craftsmanship: We stand behind our work. Any installation concerns must be reported within 14 days for a "Precision Correction."
     

6. Limitation of Liability
 

Creative Development Management LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
 

7. Governing Law
 

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County.
